Which one is better? I already had two offers. All of them should come with
full assistantship.

depends on your research interests. for security, I think Zhendong Su is
better than David Evans, plus there's a big security group in Davis. If
you care about ranking, UV/GT is better than UCD.

论学校名气肯定是JHU最好。UGA不是佐治亚理工，是佐治亚大学。
跟assistant professor，一般过去了会很辛苦，老板总盯着，但是学东西也快。
如果自己做研究的感觉、兴趣、基础都具备，跟assistant professor能学到东西。
像JHU的chair professor这种，就要看他学术上是否还活跃在前沿了。
万一摊上一个学术上不再活跃的，或者懒得花时间在学生身上的，就看造化了。
