The accept ratios of conferences are so different.
For example, FOCS and STOC have about 1/3 accept ratios.
But some top conferences in some fields such as database have about 1/10
accept ratio.

depends on the size of a community.
most people don't have the brain for theory, right?

The accept ratio of 10% is actually ridiculous, just because there are
too many junk papers.

烂paper是不敢往STOC/FOCS投的，这个你可以省心了。你看看每次的STOC/FOCS都
有多个turing award的作者混杂其中，其他的大牛就更多了。

So I am thinking that there may be many junk papers submitted to this COCOON
and ISAAC since the submissions for them have increased more than 300%.

For theory paper, do not even worry about the acceptance ratio,
every theory guy knows the difference between stoc/foc ans cocoon/isaac.
Not a problem
