Werner Kern is a premium brand, very nice made.
Most of shoes on this website are made in China. It looks that they don't have
many shoes in stock.

I never heard Werner Kern ever makes shoes in Asia. Their shoes are usually
made in Germany and Italy.
Ladies dance shoes fitting is tricky. Length and width are not top elements
while considering dance shoes. Last is the most important factor when comfort
is your top priority.
Last is the length from back of the heel to the back of the bore. You want to
see the shoe-arch follows your foot arch all the way to the bore without
gapping. Then, that is the right shoes. Usually you can find steel arc

如果是磨损可能没什么不对的吧，如果是开胶也许不是很好
