Ben and Ashlee did a Jive early on, and Ivan/Natalie will do Jive this week
Rumba is probably not as exciting on stage if you are not really good
Ballroom tango is probably too difficult for people with no background -- I
don't know, just a guess...

if we put together dmitry's solo and heidi's solo,
we can have a semi-complete jive

But I think smooth can be easily stretched to some comtemporary, and with
Heidi, he will look better ...

because they think the original character dances (like cuban rumba, lindy, a

I think Ben was pretty good in most of that jive, considering he has no
ballroom background and did such a fast dance for his first try of ballroom

it depends on who the choreographer is. if heather or glen is to do the waltz
(which i doublt will happen), they are dead. if it's an arm-waving, leg
kicking smooth, then they might survive.
the best smooth to date is still by benyelle. so i guess there's a reason for
their huge fan base.
that ben guy is so geeky and annoying, but he is a pretty good dancer.

i wonder how much donyelle's poor performance lately is due to her injury, and
how much of it is due to the loss of benji as a parter. i guess we'll see
this week. i'm hoping for a great comeback performance, but i don't know what
it means for donyelle as a dancer. that she can only shine with benji? gosh,
that will fuel the dating rumors even more.
their last broadway and hiphop were great; it'd be hard to top those. i'm
looking forward to it but at the same time a bit weary that it might be
