I found this is the place to check real placement for dancers who didn't
enter final. DanceSportInfo's listings are alphabetic for non-finalists.
I guess some of you guys' names are there...

if not in final, then the placing really doesn't matter much anyway...

Not necessarily, at least for pros. Placement of 13 is still very different
from 24 in quarter final. I guess they can compare with other couples and
see each others' relative improvement.
