Jefferey Qi - top dancer from China, blackpool rising star champion. Heard
he got a new partner Lan Na.

http://dancesportinfo.net/Couple/10181/Results.aspx shows that his highest blackpool rising star finish is the third place. Victor and Anna won that year.

It seems that he has improved quite a bit comparing to that 2004 Japan Open
