i think the most helpful exercise you can do is running. it helps with your
balance, endurance, and total body strength (especially lower body). i think
there is a big difference between knowing it and doing it. and every time i am
just generally stronger, i dance better because every step i took was so
strong and solid. i think running three times a week, 15 to 30 minutes each
session is very very helpful for competitive dancing, more helpful than
practicing dance for the same amount of time. (
