ex partner水平很好的，基本做什么都会，然后还可以嘲笑我一下，如果我做错了，哈哈
可能我也是让spoil了，究竟舞伴好不好我是不清楚的，或者说我甚至也许开始缺省的认
为，舞伴的水平就应该是这么的。我怎么lead,她都应该知道。
现在这个舞伴的情况是，比如我想lead hockey stick，她经常性的想不起来hockey
stick究竟timing是怎么一个情况，虽然她也通过了step test。或者她不知道alignment
应该往
哪儿走。我不知道这个对follower而言是一个普遍情况，还是一个个别情况。
再又比如waltz,基本上routine我已经很熟了。哪个pattern可以衔接哪个pattern心里都
很有数。她也是不行，总是一遍记不住。我想知道，是不是follower因为主要是follow来
的，所以对pattern的衔接并不很清楚。比如natural turn之后我可以spin,可以impetus,
outside change之后promenade我然后可以这样，也可以那样。她好像不是很懂得比如有
些基本是必须接natural turn的，而natural

有时候觉得有些frustrations，我都已经会了，练了好几遍了，她还没练好。进步太慢
如果因为这样再要增加练习时间和次数，我真会觉得有些为难 :(

这个也许是个解决办法，下次也许我给她讲解好了leader是准备怎么lead一个pattern，
然后她就可以自己回去思考她应该怎么来对应的舞步，要不我真的要泄气了。
而且她对被lead的感觉不是很敏感。比如从rumba的基本步进入fan或者hip twist，这两
个得lead是不同，leader在fan的时候是backward rock让follower step between legs，
而hip twist则是要close foot挡住follower的前进步伐，然后相当于强迫她转身，光有
这个细节还是不够，她还是搞不清我究竟想要她做什么。配合臂的connection，如果我向
外拽的早点，她就又连step forward都不做了 :(

哈哈，这个我很自豪，虽然我记步子不怎么行，方向感比较差，但是感觉比较灵敏
不过熟能生巧，你水平比她高要多给鼓励，不然这种不自信的情况会越演越烈

是阿是啊。这孩子跳舞很紧张。连club里跳跳social都紧张得很，皱个眉头跳salsa,我说
，你紧张啥呢？relax呀。她说i need to feel what's goona do next.

你可以选择是不是换个舞伴，不过如果你想继续和这个舞伴跳舞的话，千万不要批评她
其实我觉得先跳跳social dance很好，因为真正的lead和follow在social dance里体现
的最为典型，有了固定的routine了他们的重要性就相对下降了（当然还是很重要）。

我很怀疑你能否正确传导你想要lead的信息
很难的，起码20节private lesson吧

很对啊，一旦大家开始跳routine闭着眼睛跳那些步子就好了，lead/follow就不用了。当
然pattern接下一个pattern还是要用的。这孩子不大明白lead/follow的重要性，我一旦
不按routine了，她就糊涂了，不知道我在做什么。我说当然你要明白是我lead，你
follow，而她想的是，我就应该按routine做，我不按routine，她怎么知道她应该怎么跳
！哈哈

按说我们学过的东西不算很多了。而且我比较有研究精神，总是不行的话我们总是可以研

我觉得先让你舞伴建立起follow的意识吧
实际上只要是双人舞，这个都非常重要

如果你们不是去dance club have fun的话，平时练习还是按约好的routine来吧
练好一个比赛/表演的routine不容易，步子break-down练习和整个routine的流畅
性练习都要花很多时间，不按routine的话follower更容易糊涂了

as always ask yourself if you're doing all the right things before faulting
your partner.
just as you said, lady should follow by the lead rather than 'anticipating' a
figure. if she passed the step test but cann't follow you, then you should ask
yourself if you're providing the right lead. from one perspective, she doesn'
t need to know the alignment of the figure because she should just follow
whatever alignment you lead!
most often than not, problems are caused by both partners rather than on

that's unfortunate. does your teacher explain the importance of lead and
follow? she'll listen more to the teacher or a senior member of team than you:
p so try get someone else she trusts to convince her
at least she's willing to make efforts, that's a very good quality in a
partner so don't dismiss her too quickly. if you cannot commit to 2 practices
a week, talk to her and see if there's a compromise. for example, practice
together once but make it longer? practice 3 times per two weeks? i kn

yeah, she is bit of nervous, always.
most figures are flexible, i believe, means, ok we can dance over turn, under
turn , slight different direction etc for the sam e figure depending on the
real situation, that's my understanding...i dont know if it is right or no...

我觉得还是时间不够，功力不够吧。她需要多练习说明她真的想跳好，态度很端正啊。
呵呵。有些舞伴就喜欢学套路，根本不在乎技术，遇到这样的你就更别活了。
还是和她说说，每周自己练习一次，这样她可以熟练动作，也不耽误你的时间。

no， no， no，我觉得dance很高科技的。研究的深了到什么肌肉的运用啥的，就高科技
的很了。呵呵
