上学期学的时候被告知不要up and down，只要走直线就好，
结果step test被问，你为什么不做点up and down，
我大吃一惊，原来还是有的，555太被mislead了。

应该是waltz里边那样的？就是可能幅度小点，我太惭愧了，standard几乎没有
作过任何research，都未经过大脑

我觉得vw的升降，事实上可能有，但意识上基本没有

the up and down in vw is different from that in waltz
in waltz you usually do up up down on the 1 2 3 in a bar
(loosely speaking)
in viennese waltz, for example, nature turn,
in the bar going forward, you do up up up
in the next bar, which is going backward, you do down down down
