如果你是初学者，想从video上学是不大可能的。你必须去上课
为什么？因为你还没学会走，就想从别人跑的video里学习，那是实在勉为其难了

hehe, I am advanced beginner, know basic steps and basic turns. It's too
hard to follow the videos with a lot of turns. :-(

i think the only way to learn from videos is to watch videos that are at
similar or slightly higher levels than oneself. don't expect to learn
advanced moves from videos right away - you might want to try them at a
later time.

对。高难动作如果技术details做不到位，可能就做不出来吧
