I have installed it.
But I can't login when I run SQL plus.
It asks for Name,password, hoststring.
I know it works on some Oracle database that "system/manager" will work.
But what for the hoststring?
I just can't get it work.

Oracle has a couple of naming methods -- host naming, local naming and Oracle
Names. the most common one is local naming, which is nothing but a config
file
under $ORACLE_HOME\network\ directory. the file name is tnsnames.ora ( both
NT and Unix).
following is an example of an entry in tnsnames.ora file;
the "Example1" is the service name. it is an alias of the
database running on the "Production1" server.
