You need to do some Visual Basic for Application (VBA)
programming for Word. Check Amazon.com to find out some
book on VBA for Word. Working with VBA may take you
quite some time and it is hard to handle things as you
want.
I would recommend you to transform the tables in Word to
tables in Excel and use VBA in Excel. Well, you can try
and then make a decision.
