I installed Oracle 8.1.5 on my PC and got the connection problem.
I use the following code to test, the compile was fine but failed to get the
result.

import java.math.*;
import java.io.*;
import oracle.jdbc.driver.*;
public class JDBCVersion
{
public static void main (String args []) throws SQLException,
