is there a software to view the relationship between oracle
tables? Like the relationship view in Access. I saw several
presentation with beautiful drawing of oracle table relation, and
I am sure it was done by a software, not drawn by hand.

you can create a "external database" (or whatever Access calls it)
in Access, and connect to your Oracle instance. it'll import the
tables and generate a diagram.
