How to insert a "'" character into the table since "''" stands for enter
VARCHAR2 type data? Thanks.
It's something like this:
insert into soft values (7005,'NOTE: This upgrade requires ownership of a
JavaScript debugger,Integrated O'Reilly code reference.');
~
That is this character.

use chr(xxx) ?
