For your sugguestion.
I am starting working on a online business project, which is supposed to
support all kinds of International features. MS Visual Studio.net and SQL
Server are techniques to be used. The VS.net has International support
built-in. But I am not sure if the English version of SQL Server will have
problem to have international features, such as non-English characters, and
locale date-time formats etc. Based on my knowledge, the English version of
SQL server will not support, say

The new version of SQL Server 2000 has the "COLLATION" character which is
useful in your senario.
