My company has an e-commerce app running on SQL server,the app sends out
comfirmation email like web orders etc. our outgoing mail server is SMTP
server, it is linux based RAQ running berkeley sendmail. For some reasons,
they mail can't go through the mail server. It says "can't connect"
I tried to use Linux commands to write an email using SMTP protocal. It is
prompting me to enter the domain name.
C:\>telnet (IP address) port
C:\>HELO
"HELO requires domain name...."
Can someone help me out? T
