some one can comment on this? My major jobs are database and related
with stored proc. And this is the first time I heard about xml can
write a stored proc. I thought only programming lang(such as c,java,
cobol...) can do it.

I have no idea of XML, by the way, have you study a XML book before your
interview?
Did they talk anything about XML in their AD?
Don't feel too bad, get onsite interview is a good thing, you can't grab every
chance, but 1 out of 5 may give you a job.
And you only need one job, right?
so keep trying, get to know what's your weakness and keep trying ,get more
interviews, you will get one job.
If they need XML and you don't know much, it is not strange what happened,
nothing to do with loser thin

use XML to write code to visit database??? Either the interviewee is idiot or
the interviewer misunderstood his means.
