如果我买了书，作了电子版，将原书销毁，我是否合法拥有此电子版书？
如果我将自己的电子版书送给别人，是否合法？我不保留原件:)
如果我复制了书，但是用于科研教学，是否合法？如违法，谁来认定？认定周期多长？
我会被处以多少的罚款？多少时间内我需要支付罚款？如果我不付罚款，法院如何强制
执行？

书看了，还不错的。浅是浅点，难得是很细，很多地方都考虑到了。

It does not go into depth. But it give you the basic concept of every point.
