One of my customer use this technology. It is very new technology. It
intercept data directly from the bus.
One of example of this:
Before we have replication takes 3 hours and 20 mins and now with FusionIO
we finished within 18 minutes.

is it really cheaper than SAN?
I havne't spend time to find the cost of SAN $/GB

I remember myspace or some social network site successfully implemented
this in their data warehouse.
