Developed Excel template with VSTO, facing the security issue... Totally

Can we discuss the security of assembly in dotNet? Security top in JHQ is

Excel powered by assembly, which is developed locally. I have adjusted the
Local Network to the lowest level: trust all; but still couldn't access some
local resource, such as xml files..

I don't understand what you are trying to do here. winform/web?local/remote?
But basically if you have a dll that is written in managed code and you want
to control the permissions for it to access other resources, first check
under what identity the dll is running, and then run caspol.exe and set the
proper permissioin
