How to use a shared project in both VS2010 and VS2008?# DotNet - 窗口里的风景

I have a project which I have to open it in VS2010. But my co-worker has to
open it in VS2008 with a legacy solution. I made a copy of the project file
for VS2010 so that I can open the project in VS2008 while I don't mess up
the VS2008 project file. But the problem is, when I add a new file in the
project, the VS2008 project file doesn't get updated. Thus, my co-worker is
not aware of the changes that I made. Anybody has a solution for this?
