what is the big deal? MSMQ API support sending messages to remote queues, right?
just need your DNS to be able to resolve it and, more importantly the access
has to be set properly on the server side.

it doesnot support sending msg to queue in another domain unless your
administrator enabled the queue network in active directory, as far as
I know...
