Someone wants to apply a grant by combining ideas of one of my funded grants
and one unfunded grant. I would like to know what happens if I publish

Depends on how much you use from the funded grant proposal. If something
feels fishy to you, better not to invite troubles. hehe

报DE和CA的州税，相当于把DE交的税拿回来，把CA的税补上

You can start 6 months ahead. My H1B renew was in initial review for 5
months, which forced me to go for premium process, then got that in 3 days.
The reason I have to go for premium process is my driver license is synced
with my visa.

Actually, my unfunded one got a very good score. However, due to some
constraints, I cannot resubmit it. Now a senior people requested my poposal
for a new submission.
However, I will definitely use the ideas in my proposal to publish papers.
What is the best excuse to refuse its request?

I owned the tivoli radio for a short period of time.
the full-range speaker has a lot of coloring with
over-emphasized mids and lows. Good for AM talk shows,
bad for almost everything else.
The tuner section is very good though, sensitive yet
very accurate tracking.
The aux input has grounding problem.
