I opened a checking account with PerkStreet for the $100 bonus and my
account has been set up, but just received an email from them today as below

好像现在政策有变化。交罚款后就可以申请J1豁免了。
可能现在海归太多，国家也不在乎是不是都回去了。只要把钱还回去就可以了。

（二）享受国家留学基金管理委员会资助的博士研究生、硕士研究生、本科插班生（含
本科生）、联合培养博士研究生（回国获得博士学位后重新返美），如其已与国家留学

各位前辈，
小弟刚在美国找到工作，地点是Houston。公司人事问我
After you begin employment with XXX, you will be able to input your Federal
Tax Withholding information. If you want your State withholdings to be
different from your Federal withholdings, then please print, complete and
bring the appropriate State tax form with you on your start date. You can
