I saw this news in many places, and I know it is true.
But I can't find the official website/place to prove it to my employer.
Who know about any official website or place or whatever can help to prove

I piad my lawyer the attorney fee in June since I was not aware of the new
regulation. Should the lawyer return the money to me and ask my employer to
cover the cost?
