I am studying ph.d. program in a just-so-so university. Suppose this case:
Published paper number: 10 (5 journals and 5 conference proceedings. Two
of them are on top journals in my field, for example, IEEE transactions)
Citation: Self 5, 2-5 other citations)
No patent
No media report.
Is it possible to get EB1B? what is the weakest case to get EB1B for CS/EE
ph.d.?
Job hunting should not be a problem, but green card is a really big
problem. Does Anybody have similar situation?
