A few questions on 485 filing:
1. I-94. I have never left US after the first entrance. So I guess the I-94
needed is from my first entrance. Is it correct?
2. My wife had an approved I-140. But she got laid off early this year. Does
she need to attach her approved I-140?
3. Passport. I renewed my passport two years ago. My new passport has no
visa stamps. So I only need to copy the first two pages that have personal
info?
4. Employment verification letter. I just need to ask my HR to write a
letter with my current position (no termination date) and salary info? Any
standard format of the letter?
