NIW的140，按理不应该有485递交后180天内不能换工作的限制，当然能不换就更好，但
我现在需要换工作，所以在办H1B transfer，不知对485，EAD，或者新的H1B等有什么
影响吗？

I am on the same boat, I think it is fine as long as you keep the same
research area. Everything will be fine unless they REF you, but since you
stay in the same area, it should be fine.
By the way, since you already current, the H1-b transfer may not get three
years!
