怎么不能设置成自动付statement balance呢？

Time line:
I-140-eb2-NIW-01/2007, NSC transferred to TSC approved on 08/08,
485-07/2007, TSC transferred to NSC then TSC
I-140 Eb1a (TSC), 01/04/10, LUD, 03/19/2010, approved 03/20/2010, notice
received 03/29/10
I-485 approved, 04/05/2010
card received 04/10/10.
on 03/29/10, call USCIS to ask PD transfer, talked with a nice male
supervisor and got confirmation # of LD and me.
same day, send followup email and got reply from a visa offer one day later
and asked me to call USCIS for service reque

LD交485时在美国,拿到AP就回中国了,如果在LD回美国前我收到绿卡,我能不能寄到中国
给LD?
