如果一拿出EAD 人家一看 不到一年就过期了
会不会很担心 将来会出什么纰漏

这是违法的。
下面这段话是Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification的第一段话，明确指
出了不能用工作许可的类型和过期时间来决定是否录用。
Anti-Discrimination Notice. It is illegal to discriminate against any
individual (other than an alien not authorized to work in the United States)
in hiring, discharging, or recruiting or referring for a fee because of
that individual's national origin or citizenship status. It is illegal to
discriminate against work-authorized individuals. Employers CANNOT specify
which document(s) they will accept from an employee. The refusal to hire an
individual because the documents presented have a future expiration date may
also constitute illegal discrimination. For more information, call the
Office of Special Counsel for Immigration Related Unfair Employment
Practices at 1-800-255-8155.

说老实话，我没找到。其实你不寄也没事了：等RFE好了。
你要寄了，他们说没寄，你寄了也是没寄。我的情况就是这样。
