原来在一个很小的几个人的公司工作，去年11月交的PERM被audit，5月拿到本行业大佬
的offer，挣扎了一段时间后还是决定调槽，结果刚离职2周，PERM批了，和原来公司的
老板联系看能不能继续办140，结果他回信不愿意：
I have looked at the I140 form, and I do not believe that I can complete
this in good conscience. When I raised this issue with Attorney, he
indicated that we could legally continue to sponsor if we intend to hire you
back when you obtain US permanent residence. As you and I both know, no
such agreement exists. I understand that you wish to get your green card as
soon as possible, but I can't do anything which could be interpreted to be
misleading or dishonest.
老板确实是一个比较正直的人，都不知道怎么去跟他说了，大伙有什么建议吗？

你老板不支持是人之常情，可以理解。如果有希望的话，去谈谈，看看能否协调处个解
决方案，比如商定递交485的时候回去工作几个月。我们这里有烙印就是这么干的。

谈判要有筹码,也就是说对方也要有好处,这才能谈的下去.
你这件事情,你前老板于公于私都没有好处.人家犯不着为了你早日拿绿卡去冒欺诈的风
险.而且从情感上来说,你"背叛"山门,又想回来捞好处,除非你前老板是大善人,真看不
出他有啥INCENTIVE帮你.
算了吧赶紧MOVE ON让新公司开始新PERM吧.在行业老大多呆一些时间等绿卡也不耽误你
的事业发展吧.

nod,而且这个前老板够意思了, 还为了这事专门问问律师, 一般人跟本都没必要理会这
个要求的

the point is that it is obvious that either you or your boss would not like
to execute this employment any more, thus the boss can not sign "future
employment".
