Eb1-B, I-485 material delivered 08/04; Phonix lockbox to TSC
RD 08/11; Biometrics notice received 08/23.
I work and live in Chicago, IL, which I believe has a local or nearby
support center.
Because my mailing address for 140 and 485 is another city, the appointment
notice asked me to go to an Indiana city, which will cause me 3.5 hours one-
way driving.
Anybody has former experience? Can I walkin to a neaby location? Or what
offical procedure shall I follow to select the close location? My curr

老板不给出律师费，为了给老二省点奶粉钱，只好自己准备工作签证延期的材料了。
有一个重要问题一直没搞懂。我在纽约市工作，这是第一次签证延期，材料是该送到
california 还是 Vermont? 我觉得应该是vermont, 可有人说延期不占名额，都该送到
california.不知道该怎么办了。
听说送错地址会被拒，宝妈可经不起第二次折腾，特来在线求助。祝大家都心想事成！

我也有类似的问题,马上要搬家,但是还没有收到Fingerprinting notice
有可能收到的时候刚好搬家. 但是我问了我的律师, 她说指纹就近按,没有关系的.
我前一段时间问过这个问题. 有人回答,说她的老公异地按了指纹,绿卡都已经收到了
我知道得就这么多

我在纽约工作,也是第一次延期,五月中旬寄出,律师给我的receipt上显示是Vermont.

When filing your I-485, you should have used the Chicago address - which is
your current address.
I suggest that you drive 3.5 hrs to get the scheduled FP done. Otherwise,
it would cause you more trouble: Updating address and get FP rescheduled etc.

Thank you for the thoughts. My husband still lives in the I-485 address,
which is "home". I rented in Chicago. For him, it is 2 hr driving to Chicago
, 1.5 hr to Indiana. Anyway, I didn't expect this inconvenience of
fingerprinting when filing I-485.
