这道菜是传统川菜。麻辣鲜香，鱼片滑嫩。到美国之后不得不因地制宜，买不到草鱼，
但发现龙利鱼非常嫩（沃尔玛里面就有，叫swai），所以一直用这个鱼做麻辣鱼。吃着
也还能满足我的嘴。
其实吃辣椒也是重庆人总是很瘦的原因之一，越辣越想吃，边吃边流汗，每周都要流那
么几次大汗，不就减肥了么，哈哈哈。我这大农村温度比较高，夏天长期在100度以上
，湿度又大。所以吃麻辣鱼，火锅什么的是再好不过了。
材料：龙利鱼三条，白菜叶约12张，粉丝，墨西哥小辣椒，香菜，郫县豆瓣2大勺，花
椒，干红辣椒，大蒜四瓣，姜，盐，鸡精，糖，料酒，淀粉。
1.把所有材料洗干净
2.把鱼斜刀切成比较薄的片，放入料酒淀粉少量盐腌制1个小时左右。
3.大蒜，姜，墨西哥小辣椒切成块，干辣椒掰成两半（一定要掰，不然不辣）
4.锅中倒油，烧到八分热，加入墨西哥小辣椒，干辣椒，花椒快速翻炒直到干辣椒变成
褐色
5.加入水500克左右，放入盐，糖，鸡精，每个人口味不同，所以边放边用筷子蘸点汤
料尝下咸淡
6.放入白菜（白菜要先放，这样才能软）
7.大火把汤料煮沸，放入鱼片煮两分钟后，放入粉丝和香菜再煮两分钟。

打听不到。人家顶多说 very positive，但是木有人知道时间表，等于什木也木有说。
移民律师Ron Gotcher认为两个时间比较关键，一个是八月中旬之前，一个是十一月中

抽签得到绿卡，将来ROW的职业移民等待时间延长之后，是否会更有动机利用抽签取得
绿卡。但是没有这样的研究报告，因为历史数据和未来推演都很难。

我刚跳槽，新公司重新开始走绿卡程序，如果顺利几个月后可以relink我的旧PD,10年6
月份的
请问如果3012过了，我这种情况是不是赶不上班车了？

可是swai真的好奇怪，怎么煮都不老，不像talipia阿，salmon阿什么的怎么弄都老.
另外就是要多加油，这样底料温度高，熟得快，就不容易老

这个抽签抽到也不是件容易的事情呀。我以前有个同事因为公司不给办绿卡于是年年去
抽签，抽了这么多年也没有抽中。再以前有个同学是某国家抽签拿绿卡来美国读书的，
据他讲他们本科板上很多同学都在抽，也只有他抽中了来了美国。

污染一般在内脏，脑和皮。去了皮只有白肉的冷冻肉好点。

靠近肚子的地方也有不少，污染最少的部位是尾巴
