夫妻两人分别递交的485， 但双方的排期相差9个月，请问排期晚的一方可以做为

I think so. I filed 485 as derivative applicant when my wife filed her EB3
as principal. This January when EB2 was current for me, the attorney filed a
transfer request to switch us so I became the principal. (Now it seems to
be slower and I hope we can switch back when my wife's EB3 becomes current).
There are no forms or any format to do the transfer. The attorney just sent
USCIS a letter for each of us to explain the history.

你这个不用专门switch back吧。
记得一个经典帖子说的是你这种case。移民局官员打电话问申请人是等那个排期靠后的
还是现在已经current这个马上拿卡呢。
