当年per m 水过。 15 分钟批啊。

广告前要是申请prevailing wage就要1，2个月。
wage之前还有job description 要准备。
打广告要一个月，等简历一个月，其间劳工部那要10天登记。
然后才是律师准备表格资料，还要人事部和本人签字。
2个月全过程还是很难吧。

两个月应该是没可能吧，除非用的现成的别人的perm

差不多，我老板11年12月答应给办绿卡，然后通知律师。
律师给我说广告必须打满半年，不然移民局会找麻烦(其实是BS)。其间还有20+的人来
申请面试。最后12年8月中交的Perm.不过批的倒是挺快的，1个半月批了。律师说是他
们材料做的好，加面试的candidate多的原因。

Below is the time frame for my case:
04/2010 started working for the current mid-size company (not high tech);
10/2010, H1B
My direct boss agreed to help my GC, but need to wait for one year for
performance evaluation. So, work hard....
05/2011, ask my boss. Reply: please wait till your H1B has reached one year;
09/2011, ask my boss agian. Agree to write a letter to HR
10/2011, HR: need CTO's approval
11/2011, company's business became poorer; HR: now we need CEO's approval;
12/2011, CEO's reply: I am in Japan, won't come back to US untill 01/2012
02/2012, HR: CEO need justification for my GC support
My boss wrote a justification letter after a long talk...
03/2012 HR: everything was set, will ask the laywer to prepare PERM
07/2012 PERM approved (THIS is out of my expectation!)
08/2012 USCIS EB2 140 received
11/2012 company's business became poorer and poorer... Reorganization and
lay-off started...
02/2013 top and mid level reorganization is done, lay-off temporary freezes
depeneding on the business performance in following 6 months... 4 guys were
laid off in our department (totally 15 guys),the worst scenario in another
group: 15 were gone out of toally 45.
I: survived. but do not know what will happen tomorrow...
Current status: 140: "initial review"
Conclsuion: EB2 SUCKS !!!
Will work on my own EB1b, company and lawer had agreed, but I
have to pay EB1b 140 fee, company will pay the remaining fee if EB1b 140 is
approved.
