EAD卡拿到超过180天了,换工作:
两个问题:
1) 如果用用EAD换工作,需要作什么特殊的事情么?比如给uscis通知什么的（似乎有个
ac21?）?还是就直接开始用,不用管任何事情,等到绿卡难道就okay了?
2)　如果我不用EAD换工作，接着h1b transfer,那么我需要做什么特殊的事情么？

1。需要FILE AC21,没有固定的FORM,就是一张纸说明你PENDING 超过180天，新工作和
老工作是一个CATAGORY.
2. 如果要H1B TRANSFER，要保证老公司在你申请H1B TRANSFER的时候你的140还有效，
就是说你老公司不会WITHDRAW你的I140

多谢!
作了一圈research,发现AC21不是必须file的,如果file还可能引起不必要的RFE.没错吧?
那我就什么不做好了,等h1b transfer收到notice就直接上班了

如果你确信原公司不会WITHDRWA你的140，那就不用FILE AC21，如果不确定，你去看移
民局的规定，实际上要求你最好FILE的，如果不FILE，就有可能收到INTEND TO DENY
485的NOTICE，引来不必要的麻烦。

我的140已经批了也有关系么?我是说我的140在485提交之前就批了,也可以被withdraw?
如果这样的话,如果我h1b transfer已经搞定了,然后原公司withdraw my 140,也最好fi
le AC21?
主要是我看他们说如果file ac21,也会引起rfe,似乎file与否都不好.似乎说如果Inten
d to deny,那就需要新公司file employment verification letter之类的

是的，140只要公司愿意，什么时候都可以revoke
Am I supposed to notify USCIS after changing jobs under AC21?
You should, to avoid any potential headaches. If an adjudicator has no
knowledge of your using AC21 portability, and there is something wrong with
your I-140 (revoked, for example), he or she is required to issue a Notice
of Intent to Deny (NOID) your I-485. There have also been cases when
applicants responded to NOID with necessary documents to prove their
eligibility for AC21, but their cases were still denied. Although it is not
difficult to reopen such a case with further explanation, it can be a real
hassle and waste of time.
