他们8个人之前有承诺,反对把有争议的修正案加进来.同性恋这个属于有争议的修正案.
按约定schumer and durbin应该是反对的.
今天有个共和党修正案被12比6击败.其中八人帮的Flake and Graham和民主党一起投票

只有那个同性恋法案，Schumer有可能不守承诺啊，有跟着Leahy走的可能性。
Durbin貌似也不怎么发言。

那很不好.Durbin明年有选举压力.Schumer没有压力.另外这两人都盯着harry reid
majority leader的位置.如果schumer反水,durbin可能抗不住.

看了Schumer 上周二说的，让人很是担心啊~
“I’m not going to debate and speculate, or get into speculatives,” he
said. “I would very much like to see it in the bill. But we have to have a
bill that has support” in order to even debate whether to include the
amendment
松口了啊，这话我听着是投不投赞成都有可能啊，虽然他表态不想投。
所以还是要等到Mark Up这项那天才能知道，反正也就是下周呗。
只要mark up不进去，这Bill在Senate就安全了，看House怎么反应了。要是Mark up进
去了，House也就不用反应了，反正最后会挂，估计House那边也等结果呢。
