RFE - August 21st
The problem is that I submitted notarized birth certificate, It's already
translated. why do they still ask for complete translation? In the notices
they do say the one that I submitted in both Chinese and in English. They
might be thinking the English part is extra information instead of
translation? Let me know if any of you heard this kind of RFE before?

I got RFE notice as below.
You submitted your birth certificate, a document written in Chinese in
English. It must be accompanied by complete English translation and the
translator must certify in writing what he or she is competent to perform
the translation and that the translation is accurate.
