请教有经验的老大：我去年EB1a I-140/I-485 一起递，当时i-485收据上面就有一个A
number，最后我的i-140悲剧，当然这个co-filing i-485也被拒了。今年重新Eb1b, I-
140已经approved,批准的通知上面也有一个A number （和以前的不一样），现在我在
准备i485，但是不知道该填哪一个A number，还是都要填？？

2014财年总的名额多了8000， 变成了148，000。
也就是说2013年FB的名额没有用完，这8000应该是从那来的。

问题是demand 低于多少才会开闸？现在看是2010年一月前总共有4800 个demand, 除掉
中国一年EB2 自己的quota， 到明年这个时候demand 还有1800左右 （如果还像今年SO
没分到），这个时候会重新接新人入城吗？
