12年的PD, 485苦逼排期中，H-1B还在renew中。请问这种基于绿卡申请的h1b renew能
跳槽吗？接受单位需要做什么准备呢？

可以，凭原来的I-140批准书即可获得新的3年H-1B。

有批准的140 一年以上就能拿到3年的h1b 跳槽没有问题。

不对，拿批准的 I-140 延期 H-1B 是每次3年，且不用等 I-140 批准一年以上。条件
是但排期必须不current。见 AC21 Sec 104(d)。
你说的那个是 PERM/I-140 pending 一年以上的，H-1B 每次只能延一年。见 AC21 Sec
106。

请问一下，你说的点数post是post在哪里？在pending points还是在直接可用的point

如果你跳了以后老公司把140取消了那以后就不能续了除非新公司再办

到了新公司给办140的话不是同样的PD么，还keep以前公司的有什么用。

无法取消，除非承认申请中有作假

who told you that? Old company could revoke I140 since he is no longer
employed. A new PERM and I140 approval is required. The only thing left is
PD from previous application.
