我发的不对我可以去考古，主要是这里内容太丰富了，我考着考着就被其他内容吸引住
了，所以永远考在最前面两页和最后面两页。
在申请pw的时候律师给写个一个Jd 很短几句话。我想问下这和打广告时候的广告啥区
别啊？
另外看到现在很多eb3的都在打广告，大家又说eb3很容易有很多美国人来应聘，我想问
问大家有啥攻略不？如果考古能考到，也请跟我说下。谢谢了

同问，顶一下。
根据我google,PW的JD似乎也很重要，跟报纸广告应该相对应。

什么是JD？

诀窍就是职位是EB3但是知识面的广度是高级职位才会同时需要的

I am able to discuss with the lawyer freely but not sure how to go further
for the advertisement.

另外一个帖子也说了，不要用Email，用邮寄的。你贴的这个其实是广告不是job
description，也不是 job requirement。

It is the job description we use to file for the prevailing wage. She is
the top immigration lawyer in Baltimore and DC area. Also the chair of
immigration association.
I do not know where to find a good lawyer:( I am still waiting for the
prevailing wage approval and we have not started the ad yet.I am the
business major(MBA) and I have no idea about which advertisement is good.
Fuwu dada, Could you please advice more specific what is the problem with
this job description or advertisement?
On the other hand, for the job order, Can we use the physical address?

如果换律师的话，改广告内容的话。prevailing wage要重新申请吗？

个人感觉这个好像是AD，不是job description.
你确定这个写在form 9141上吗？就是online filing form for PWD (prevailing
wage determination).

Your guys are right. It is her proposed ads. I am not sure whether the
lawyer has put it on the form 9141 or not. She proposed that and said I will
file the prevailing wage today.
Is that a bad ads?
BTW, what is the difference between the ads and something we put on the PWD?
