今天一早4点就起床了，夜色朦胧赶路，我与老公把妈妈送到机场，虽有不舍，脸上却
很平静。不知道下次见到妈妈会是什么时候。
一路回家都还好，回到家，再也抑制不住自己的情绪，大哭出来，像个孩子一样哭喊着想妈
妈……
不知为何这样，记得当年在国内读大学，也是离家很远，却不曾这般的念及家人，也想
念，但不至于会痛哭。不知是年龄大了，还是距离太遥远，这次送妈妈回国，总感觉再
见面还好遥远……
我方才到美国1年的光景，没有孩子，没有收入，只能读书，很可能明年还要转学，没
有固定的落脚处，不知道何时才会邀请妈妈再来。妈妈说我们在这里也不容易，她来往一
次花销也很大，她不愿意在我们工作之前再来。再加之猪流感流传的那么严重，我实在
是放不下心，泪水有1个小时停不下来……
等到工作还要多久?我不知道，总之觉得不能在父母身边照顾他们很难过，想想他们把
我养这么大操了那么好多的心，现在都该到享天伦之乐的年龄了，却还需要担忧我的未
来，而我却丝毫帮不上他们……
随着年龄的增长，爸妈的身体都多少出现了些问题，不如以前好了，我只能眼睁睁的在
美国透过视频看着他们，却没有任何办法让他们过的更好。
望着妈妈在我这里睡过的

身份是H1B, 签证有效，机票已经定了下个礼拜五，一个礼拜回来，现在file485有风险吗？
看到有个说法是re-entry时需要出示485receipt? 离开前没收到receipt怎么办？

8月底交的回复audit的材料.到现在4个多月了,还没有消息.请问班上有没有在这个附近
日期收到回复的,一般要等多久呀? 有什么办法可以查吗?

看来的确是需要485 receipt啊！
8 CFR Parts 214 and 245
[INS No. 1881-97]
RIN 1115-AE96
...
Generally,
such H-1 and L-1 nonimmigrants may be readmitted into the United States
in the same status provided they are in possession of a valid H-1 or L-
1 nonimmigrant visa (for those aliens not visa exempt), and the
original I-797 receipt notice for the application for adjustment of
status, and continue to remain eligible for H-1 or L-1 classification.
All other nonimmigrants with pending applications for status must
obtain advance parole authorization in accordance with
Sec. 245.2(a)(4)(ii) prior to traveling outside the United States.

现在audit的才处理到pd oct 12地case，可以去dolstats.com查，热心人士制作的官方
镜像网站，不过只查得到批了或者据了的case

有没有人file 485后用H1B入境的？海关一定会要485receipt吗？

Really??? It's on 10/12/2012 now??? My PERM was received on 10/5/2012 and
got audited on 12/30/2012... Why haven't I heard anything yet? 555555555 T_T

怎么差距这么大，一般交了以后多久给audit？

我律师找到一个2007的pub说，"require receipt" 已经被remove掉了：

但是另外一个2010的pub上面还是有

非常confuse!
另外网上有人说H1B入境时根本没要求出示485receipt。
我觉得入境可能问题不大。移民局的本意可能是确保申请人的申请收到时人没有出境。

Is there anyone got confirmation from the lawyor that leaving US before
getting receipt is ok?
