opt申请有些日子了，还没任何消息．当时申请表格填的开始日期是12月底，我想问下，
如果实际批下来的时间是明年2月份，那opt正式的开始时间会是当时批的时间（比如明
年2月份）往后算的一年,还是仍然按我填的申请时间(今年12月)开始?

其他日期没记住，反正 08 年开始办，EB2，就按部就班，什么都挺顺利的，也没有重
复做什么，也没有打电话催。就上班，然后等。
