今天早上USCIS发信说邮局退回了付申请人485 和 765 notice, 因为undeliverable
下午收到USCIS 发信说， 付申请人的485 和765 card/document production 了 (from
acceptance directly to card/document production。
不可能呀， 所以现在认为8成是被退件了。 怎么这么不顺：（

uscis iO明确表示card production 不能算批， 材料可能还在审核当中， 要最后变成
decision，说你被register了才能真正算批
