4月24号file的I140和I485，没消息，check现在还没有被cash，正常吗。
万一过了5月还没有消息，排期推了，应该也能拿EAD，对吗？

问你的律师140 和485 delivery confirmation，然后让他们去联系uscis是否收件了。
如果收件了，即使排期推了，应该也能拿EAD

你问问律师check cashed 了没有，如果Cashed的话，后面有个receipt number.
我23号File的，大概7号check cashed.

我5月12号双飞的，13号CIS收到。15号送出Receipt Notice。15号当天Check Cashed。
19号收到邮寄的140 和 485，131，765 Receipt Notice。你应该想办法查一下。可能
出了什么问题。
我同时寄出PP，没有回音。可能PP没有接受。

谢谢大家，今天晚上我竟然自己受到了485，131，765的Receipt Notice和FP notice。
但是没有140的notice。。。。
USCIS不知道怎么弄的。。。

140的notice是给律师的，你自己没法file 140

这么快。我的2号就deliver了，到现在都没动静。

my laywer is going to concurrent file I140 and I485 at May 28... will it be
too late ?
when is the cut off ? as soon as they received package... not need wait for
the check cashed, right ?

有什么原因必须这么晚才file吗？万一路上耽误一下就惨了。虽然是算收件日，但是31
号是周末，工作日只有28,29,30 三天。一般说28号，是End of Day 才file 的。。。
所以你只有2天。
催！尽快这个礼拜file。自己尽力，以后才不会后悔
