===========RFE 的原话是：============
"The Service acknowledges the notarial certificate of birth (number 9 issued
February 27, 1997) submitted in support of the application,. However, this
does not appear to be a complete copy of the document as the conformity
statement that addresses the English translation is not present. Therefore,
you must submit a complete copy of your notarial certificate of birth to
include the conformity statement. If notarial certificate number 9 is
incomplete and does cot contain the conformity statement, you must submit a
new complete notarial certificate of birth issued by the appropriate
notarial office in China.
If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be
completely translated. the translator must certify that he/she is competent
to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. The foreign
language document(s) must be submitted with the English translations."
我的出生公证是 1998 年办的，除了封面与封底，只有二页纸，第一页是华文出生公证
，有签字与盖章，第二页是英文翻译，无签字与盖章。
根据 nnnext 网友提供的信息：
移民局认可的公证格式，一般4页：
第1页：（中文）公证原件
第2页：（英文）第1页的英文翻译
第3页：（中文）证明第2页的翻译和第1页的中文相符
第4页：（英文）第3页的英文翻译
第3页和第4页就是conformity statement。
那么现在请问：
自己准备一份 “Translate Certificate”， 就在美国找个会中英文的老中同
事签名，然后叫公司的 Paralegal 签名与盖章。
这样行吗？
可代替缺少的第三和第四页，USCIS 会认可而减去我重办公证的麻烦吗?
如可能，我实在不想这 RFE 上所要求的重办出生公证。他们轻飘飘的讲句话，我得跑
断腿。

得叫有notary资格的人来公证,而不是随便的Paralegal。

多谢陈小姐。你的联接上的RFE的要求描述同我的RFE里的要求描述好象还有点不一样，
想做同样的心里又有点打鼓。不知有没有人的RFE同我的是一模一样的?
