writing to request your kind assistance in our Employment-based Permanent
Residency (I-485) application with the US Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS).
My “Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker” (I-140) was approved in Aug 2008,
and I filed “Application to Register Permanent
Residence or Adjust Status” (I-485) for my wife , my daughter and me in Feb
2012.Recently I inquired USCIS at Texas by sending service requests and am
not replied to yet. The process of my I-485 application has been pending

exactly bogged down our cases if our pending cases have not been adjudicated
yet;
