what will be the consequence?
Will it affect the H1B petition in there future?
What about greeencard petition? Will it be affected because of this?

想请问版上有h1b申请rfe DIY回复成功的吗？
我的情况是，h1b第4年，第一次transfer，新公司只有3个人，加我一共4个人。新公司
09年成立，总部在香港，12年才开始在美国有正式员工。我的title是export
coordinator。本科和master学位都是国际贸易。
RFE主要有两点：
1，没提供足够证明说明需要某个专业的本科学位
2，not clear how the beneficiary will be relieved from performing non-
qualifying functions because the company only has 3 employees.
要求提供好多文件。我是这个公司第一个招的这个职位的人，所以没有别的例子可以借
鉴。这个公司有一个president和其他两个人，但其余两人职位和我不一样。
请问如果让老板写一封信说明这个职位很特殊需要国际贸易的学位足够吗？我看网上说
要什么expert opinion letter，估计学校的教授也不会理我。。。另外，请问什么叫
non-qualifying functions？大家都是怎么证明可以relived from performing non-
qualifying functions?
