今天律师说新renew的 ap生效日期是renew ap approval date,不是接着旧ap的。
renewed过的能帮忙确认下么？如果这样，
用旧的ap回国，新旧两个 ap 都可以有效？ 在旧ap 过期前回来，用旧ap就可以了？

我只知道新的那个确实是按照批准那天开始算的。

out more than 1 year, GC will be held at airport, you need to go see a judge
in a few weeks to get GC back(or have GC cancelled)
less than 1 year but more than 6 months, you need to answer CBP's question
to their satisfaction, or they may warn you and write notes on your passport
and write alerts into your computer record.
If you have reentry at hand, you can be allowed back after 2 years out of US

mail form I-131 to apply in US, you need to stay for the FP before leaving
USA.
in general, 在美国住多久没有限制, they care about how long you are out of
USA. But if you have many 5-month out of US stays, it will be a problem
eventually.
